Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant Supply Chain/Distribution Logistics experience required.
• Ability to lead projects and cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed organization.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; MS PowerPoint and MS Excel proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects to develop and test inventory management and other supply chain digital solutions.
• Lead deployment of field-based inventory management and digital solutions.
• Shape discussions with internal teams and customers to identify opportunities for inventory optimization and solution expansion.
• Support marketing and adoption of digital solutions across customer segments.
• Create scorecards/dashboards to track progress and educate teams on processes.
• Seek continuous improvement and standardization of engagements and deployments.
