Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Operations Analyst to support the Orthopaedics Supply Chain Deliver Team in Bridgewater, MA. This on-site role acts as a SME across the Value Added Service Center and Mooresville Distribution Center, driving end-to-end improvements with Commercial and Supply Chain partners.

The role requires 4+ years of supply chain experience, strong data analysis skills, and proficiency in Excel and Power BI; travel up to 10% may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Supply Chain experience across Planning, Order Fulfillment, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Transportation, Distribution, or Project Management.
• Strong data analysis to assess root cause/trending and scenario planning.
• Interpersonal and presentation skills with cross-functional partners.
• Experience leading against performance targets and timelines to deliver results.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Supply Chain, Commercial and Deliver teams to support regional initiatives and drive performance.
• Mine and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and implement solutions.
• Improve Deliver setup and execution for New Product Introductions and quarterly planning.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Planning and Deliver groups to support customer experience initiatives.
• Coordinate with global counterparts to align NA priorities.
• Lead advanced projects to enhance supply chain efficiency and provide inputs for execution; create executive summaries; utilize Power BI for analysis.
