Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Analyst, GDCL US Joints Reconstruction, Supply Chain, to be located in Raynham, MA (Hybrid). For the right candidate, remote work options will also be considered.

The role partners with Global Supply Chain and US Commercial to drive OTIF performance, mitigate disruptions, and balance customer needs with supply constraints in a dynamic MedTech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, operations, supply chain or related field.
• Master's degree or MBA preferred.
• 4+ years in supply chain, planning, inventory or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead STEM processes and governance for US Joints Reconstruction supply chain.
• Monitor supply disruptions, identify risks, and propose mitigation actions.
• Collaborate with planning, manufacturing, and commercial teams to optimize service.
• Manage allocation, demand prioritization, and ERP/order-to-cash processes.
