Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Analyst, GDCL US Joints Reconstruction, Supply Chain to join the US Joints Reconstruction team in Raynham, MA. The role is hybrid with remote options and requires collaboration with Global Supply Planning and Commercial teams to optimize service levels.

The position focuses on supply disruption analysis, demand allocation, and stakeholder communication to balance customer needs with commercial priorities. Strong analytical and Excel/ERP skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, operations or related field.
• 4+ years in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Inventory Management, Operations or Logistics.
• Experience supporting disruption management, allocation or priority setting for demand.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; SAP/ERP and Order-to-Cash experience.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills; ability to influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead STEM processes, governance forums and cadence.
• Monitor supply disruptions and identify risks to availability and orders.
• Collaborate with Global Supply Planning to translate impacts into US plans.
• Develop shortage mitigation recommendations and prioritization.
• Lead weekly STEM reviews and cross-functional forums.
• Serve as the primary SC contact for inventory/backorders and recovery plans.
• Provide timely communications on product availability and relief actions.
• Manage allocation rules and order-to-cash processes.
• Analyze data to assess risk and drive recommendations.
