Job summary

Johnson & Johnson, DePuy Synthes division, is seeking an Ex. Analyst, Tech Prod IT Sales to support Sales Compensation platforms across locations in Raynham, Raritan, West Chester, Palm Beach Gardens, and Warsaw. You will translate business needs into scalable tech solutions and create insights that drive commercial performance.

The role partners with Commercial, Sales Ops, Finance and IT to deliver dashboards, automate processes, and ensure data integrity while following Credo principles.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in technology analysis, product analysis, business systems, or analytics.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, dashboards, and enterprise systems (CRM, incentive compensation, ERP).
• Ability to translate commercial requirements into clear functional needs and insights.
• Experience with data validation and quality assurance practices.

Responsibilities

• Support analysis, configuration, and enhancement of Sales Compensation tech solutions.
• Gather, document, and translate business requirements.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics for sales and compensation performance.
• Perform data analysis and validation for accuracy and integrity of compensation data.
• Lead AI, advanced analytics, and automation to modernize commercial platforms.
