Qualifications

• Lead troubleshooting and resolution of high-impact production issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with DevOps, development, and infrastructure teams on upgrades.
• Drive automation and process improvements for efficiency.
• Monitor performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Develop technical docs and knowledge base articles.
• Ensure IT governance, security, and standards compliance.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to teammates.
