We are looking for an experienced Analyst Lead, Application Maintenance & Support to join our DevOps and Application Support organization. In this role, you will provide technical leadership, drive operational excellence, and ensure the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of business-critical applications supporting our clients.

What You Will Be Doing

As an Analyst Lead, you will serve as a technical subject matter expert responsible for maintaining and optimizing complex application environments. You will partner with internal teams and clients to resolve issues, improve processes, and enhance system reliability.

• Lead troubleshooting and resolution of high-impact application and production support issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable corrective actions.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and DevOps teams to support upgrades, enhancements, and defect remediation.
• Drive automation initiatives and process improvements to increase operational efficiency.
• Monitor application performance and proactively identify opportunities for optimization.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, support procedures, and knowledge base articles.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance, security, and operational standards.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.
• Support client implementations, upgrades, and ongoing operational activities.

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Extensive experience in application support, production support, DevOps, or related technical disciplines.
• Proven experience troubleshooting complex technical issues and driving resolution in enterprise environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis.
• Experience working cross-functionally with development, infrastructure, and business teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a related field.
• Experience supporting financial services or fintech applications.
• Knowledge of automation tools, scripting, and process optimization methodologies.
• Experience leading large-scale application support initiatives or projects.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices, change management, and operational governance frameworks.

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $111,650.00 - $189,810.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
