Job summary

The engineer will drive IP quality, tool-enabled verification, and successful transfer to production across automotive and industrial markets.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering (or MS) with extensive experience in analog IC design.
• Experience releasing complex ICs/IPs to market.
• Strong fundamentals in power management topologies (Buck, Boost, LDO).

Responsibilities

• Lead analog IC design team from definition to manufacturing release.
• Define IP test plans and quality standards for industrial/automotive.
• Collaborate with systems, apps, and marketing to define product requirements.
