Job summary

Renesas Electronics Corporation is seeking a senior Analog IC designer to lead a design team focusing on advanced power management ICs in the RTP, NC and Palm Bay, FL areas. The role emphasizes design of high-performance, low-quiescent-current converters, LDOs and multi-function PMICs for Space and industrial markets.

You will drive front-end product definition, mentor engineers, and collaborate with process, test, product, application, and marketing teams to bring concepts to production.

Qualifications

• Senior-level IC designer with leadership experience.
• Thorough analog/mixed-signal circuit knowledge.
• Expertise in power transistors and switch-mode topologies.
• Experience with radiation-hardened power management is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Participate in product definition with marketing, applications, and customers.
• Design power management products using in-depth process knowledge.
• Perform transistor-level design of mixed-signal blocks.
• Manage your design team to meet schedules.
• Validate and debug products before production transfer.
