Ideal candidates have 7+ years in analog/mixed-signal IC design, strong Cadence/Spectre experience, and a proven track record delivering power ICs from concept through high-volume production.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a chip lead on at least one silicon program.
• Strong track record delivering power ICs from concept through high-volume production.
• Expertise in AC-DC and/or DC-DC power IC design.
• Deep knowledge of analog/mixed-signal building blocks and device physics.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and verification of power management ICs from block to full-chip.
• Evaluate system trade-offs for next-gen power supplies with applications teams.
• Drive topology decisions across AC-DC, DC-DC, LLC, and related areas.
• Guide layout/floorplanning to ensure performance and manufacturability.
• Own tape-out, silicon bring-up, validation, and debugging with simulations.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to design best practices.
