Qualifications

• 12-15+ years' experience in Power IC design and chip lead roles.
• Experience leading analog power IC design projects from concept to mass production.

Responsibilities

• Lead top-level design and verification of power ICs.
• Supervise top-level IC floorplan and layout development.
• Design IP blocks and communicate knowledge to the team.
• Oversee bring-up, bench characterization, debugging, and fixes.
• Develop test/qualification plans and enable mass production.
