You will own the full development lifecycle from specification with customers through silicon verification and production readiness. This high-impact role requires deep CMOS power-management expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to mentor engineers across global teams.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of power-management IC experience, with leadership roles.
• Degree in Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of CMOS power-management circuits and market trends.
• Proven ability to lead initiatives and deliver quality results under tight schedules.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for multicultural teams and customers.
• Willingness to travel internationally on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Lead full development lifecycle of analog and mixed-signal PMIC blocks.
• Serve as global technical authority and mentor engineers.
• Collaborate with customers to define system requirements and constraints.
• Oversee verification planning and lab evaluation to production-readiness.
• Drive company-wide improvements in engineering methods and policies.
• Support roadmaps and align with CMOS process trends.
