Responsibilities

• Lead full development lifecycle of analog/mixed-signal blocks and PMIC products from spec to silicon verification.
• Act as technical authority, mentoring engineers and driving engineering excellence.
• Collaborate with customers to define requirements and balance performance, area, and power constraints.
• Oversee verification planning, DFT strategy, and lab evaluation to ensure production readiness.
• Drive engineering methodologies, policies, and strategic improvements across the team.
• Support roadmap planning and align with CMOS process technology trends.
