Allegiant Airlines is seeking a Maintenance Team Leader to guide Aircraft Technicians in daily maintenance duties. This role may also assume the duties of the Maintenance Supervisor during absences. Visa sponsorship is not available.

The candidate should hold an A&P license with current ERT and AWR qualifications, plus SOJT-TtT. A minimum of two years in heavy line maintenance is required, with strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.

Formación

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Certification: A&P license required; ERT, AWR and SOJT-TtT qualifications preferred.
• Two years of heavy line aircraft maintenance experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technicians in daily maintenance tasks and coordinate work in progress.
• Ensure work safety and compliance with FAA requirements and manuals.
• Review logs for each aircraft and ensure proper paperwork and tags are completed.
• Provide on-the-job training and keep certifications current.
• Communicate effectively with team and supervisor; assist in production improvements.
