Allegiant is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Provo, Utah to supervise aircraft maintenance operations, ensuring adherence to 14 CFR, FAA and OSHA standards. The role includes planning, prioritizing, and coordinating tasks to maximize production and on-time aircraft delivery while leading a team of mechanics and trainers.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree, an A&P license, and eight years of A&P on similar aircraft with at least six years in supervision. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Competenze

• Eight years of Airframe and Powerplant experience on similar aircraft.
• Six years of management or supervisory experience.

Mansioni

• Supervises mechanics in maintenance operations, ensuring work complies with 14 CFR, manufacturer specs, GMM, and FAA/OSHA standards.
• Plans and prioritizes work to minimize delays and ensure timely aircraft delivery.
• Trains and mentors mechanics on procedures and practices; oversees safety and tool usage.
• Coordinates with Materials team to ensure required parts arrive on time.
• Maintains accurate maintenance records and reports; supports shift turnover and meetings.
