Job summary

Allegiant is seeking a Heavy Maintenance Representative to supervise aircraft induction and heavy maintenance at maintenance provider locations. You will act as the primary liaison between Allegiant Air and external vendors, tracking status, ETRs, and ensuring timely, compliant work.

The role requires extensive experience in Part 121/135 maintenance, A320 and 737MAX familiarity, and a willingness to travel 75%–80% with nights and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Airframe and Powerplant License required.
• Minimum ten years of Part 121/135 maintenance or Quality Inspector experience.
• Minimum five years of heavy maintenance of transport category aircraft.
• Experience on A320 and 737MAX aircraft.
• Willingness to travel 75%–80% and work nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision of aircraft induction and heavy maintenance activities.
• Primary contact between Allegiant Air and heavy maintenance providers.
• Monitor workmanship and materials for FAA and company compliance.
• Coordinate with Allegiant Air departments to resolve issues delaying aircraft.
• Review provider invoices and ensure cost accuracy against budget.
• Sign airworthiness release documents and maintain A/C records.
