Job summary

Allegiant Air seeks a Manager, Line Maintenance Vendors to supervise contract maintenance providers and support all maintenance needs at Allegiant outstations. You will be accountable for daily execution, aircraft availability, staffing, safety, regulatory compliance, quality, and operational performance.

This role requires 7+ years in Part 121 maintenance and at least 3 years in leadership/vendor management, with A&P certification.

Qualifications

• Seven (7) years of progressive maintenance experience in a Part 121 environment.
• At least three (3) years in a maintenance leadership, vendor management, or operational oversight role.
• Education: High School Diploma/GED; Certification: Airframe & Powerplant.
• Must be authorized to work in the US and pass a Criminal Background Check.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee contract maintenance providers and support all maintenance needs at Allegiant outstations, with accountability for daily execution, aircraft availability, staffing, safety, regulatory compliance, quality, and operational performance.
• Ensure vendor maintenance is performed in accordance with FAA regulations, the General Maintenance Manual, applicable technical data, company policies, and contractual requirements.
• Provide maintenance leadership during AOG, out-of-service, and other operationally significant events by setting priorities and coordinating resources.
• Lead performance reviews, investigations, corrective actions, and follow-up when vendors do not meet safety, quality, or cost expectations.
