Job summary

V2X is seeking a dedicated Aircraft Maintenance Technician to service, troubleshoot, repair, and inspect aircraft to ensure airworthiness. This role involves inspecting at OEM/FAA intervals, replacing components, and maintaining thorough documentation, while adhering to service bulletins and safety procedures.

The incumbent will work in a hands-on environment, performing preflight/post-flight inspections, grounding support equipment, and maintaining aircraft logbooks.

Qualifications

• A&P license is required.
• FAA regulations and maintenance standards familiarity.
• Experience with aircraft maintenance tasks and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and certify aircraft per OEM/FAA intervals.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and perform corrective actions.
• Document maintenance on appropriate forms and records.
• Replace defective components and inspect for corrosion.
• Comply with service bulletins, airworthiness directives, and safety rules.
• Provide on-the-job training as needed.
• Coordinate with QA representatives and management on issues.
