Job summary

Republic Airways seeks a qualified Mx Mechanic to supervise and perform aircraft maintenance in compliance with FAA regulations and the GMM. You will oversee technicians, plan work, and ensure timely serviceability of fleet.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Materials for parts, maintaining records, training staff, and supporting 24-hour operations in a hangar environment. Strong leadership and communication are essential for safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or FAA A&P license required.
• 2+ years A&P experience on similar aircraft.
• Preferred: 4+ years A&P on similar aircraft and supervisory experience.
• RII qualification and Run & Taxi qualification on applicable aircraft.

Responsibilities

• Supervises mechanics in maintenance operations and related activities.
• Plans and prioritizes work to minimize delays and ensure timely aircraft delivery.
• Provides technical leadership and trains team members.
• Maintains accurate maintenance records and shift turnover documents.
