Responsibilities

• Supervise mechanics in maintenance operations, including preventive maintenance, repair, and modifications in compliance with FAA and OSHA guidelines.
• Plan and prioritize work to minimize delays and ensure timely aircraft delivery.
• Coordinate with Materials and other teams to ensure required parts arrive as needed.
• Maintain safety and training standards; oversee shop equipment and tools usage and procedures.
