Job summary

Republic Airways Inc. is seeking a Master Mx Mechanic to oversee maintenance on our regional fleet, ensuring all work is performed to FAA, manufacturer specifications and the GMM.

You will supervise mechanics, plan and prioritize tasks, and coordinate with Materials and Maintenance Control to keep aircraft ready for service. This role requires an FAA A&P license, a high school diploma, and at least two years of A&P experience on similar aircraft, with leadership experience preferred.

Qualifications

• FAA Airframe and Powerplant license is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years A&P experience on similar aircraft.

Responsibilities

• Supervises mechanics in maintenance operations per FAA, OSHA, and GMM standards.
• Plans, prioritizes, and directs maintenance work to minimize delays and maximize aircraft readiness.
• Reviews material requests and coordinates with Materials to ensure parts availability.
• Trains mechanics in procedures while enforcing safety and quality controls.
• Maintains accurate maintenance records and supports shift turnover reporting.
