Job summary

Republic Airways is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee aircraft maintenance ensuring compliance with 14 CFR, FAA and OSHA standards. You will supervise mechanics, plan work, and prioritize tasks to keep fleets ready.

The role requires an FAA A&P license with 4 years of related experience, prior leadership, and proficiency in MS Office. You will coordinate with Materials, Maintenance Control, and HR to maintain safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with FAA A&P license and 4 years A&P experience.
• Previous supervisory or lead experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Supervises mechanics in maintenance, including preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Plans, directs, and coordinates activities to minimize delays and assure timely aircraft readiness.
• Maintains OSHA compliance and safety training; enforces company policies.
• Coordinates with Materials for part availability and with Maintenance Control for status of aircraft.
