Job summary

Qualifications

• FAA Airframe & Powerplant license required.
• Inspector Authorization IA desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and modifications in compliance with FAA regulations, manufacturer specs, and company procedures.
• Oversee scheduling, staffing, and training to ensure timely aircraft maintenance.
• Maintain and audit maintenance records, tools, and equipment.
• Coordinate with vendors and ensure safety standards and OSHA guidelines are followed.
• Supervise staff and provide leadership, direction, and performance feedback.
