Republic Airways is seeking an experienced Maintenance Lead to plan, coordinate and direct hangar-based aircraft maintenance. You will manage mechanics, ensure FAA and company policies are followed, and develop efficient schedules while maintaining safety and compliance.

The role requires an FAA A&P license and 8 years of A&P experience, including 3 years in a supervisory capacity, with strong MS Office skills. Indianapolis-based, travel up to 20% may be required.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; FAA Airframe and Powerplant license required.
• 8 years A&P experience on similar aircraft with at least 3 years in a supervisory/lead role.
• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field.
• RII and Run and Taxi qualifications on applicable aircraft.

Responsabilidades

• Plans, coordinates and directs aircraft maintenance in hangar operations.
• Develops schedules to meet operation demands and allocates manpower accordingly.
• Ensures OSHA/safety guidelines are followed and staff receives proper safety training.
• Manages staffing levels, performance coaching, and staff development.
• Oversees vendors and maintains aircraft status communications with Maintenance Control.
