Job summary

NetJets is seeking a Supervisor, Aircraft Maintenance to lead the safe, compliant execution of all aircraft maintenance activities, component repairs, contract maintenance and line service operations at the Repair Station.

You will manage technicians, coordinate with internal and external customers, and ensure adherence to FAA, DOT, OSHA, EPA and company policies, maintaining certification and reporting progress to management.

Qualifications

• 4 years' experience in the maintenance of high performance jet aircraft
• FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification
• Associate's degree
• Ability to read, write, and understand the English language

Responsibilities

• Plans and assigns technician resources; monitors tooling and part requirements; coordinates with customers and third party vendors to forecast, plan and complete maintenance activities on time.
• Ensures the safety of Repair Station employees and aircraft by monitoring work activity and ensuring compliance with the FAA, DOT, OSHA, EPA and company policies.
• Maintains Repair Station Certification compliance with policies and procedures across manuals and company policy.
• Generates progress reports for Repair Station Management and NJA Maintenance Departments; coordinates with Field Service Teams; manages work orders to ensure compliance with Company and CBA rules.
• Oversees NJS FBO services during off-duty periods, including Aircraft Fueling, De-ice, Towing and Aircraft Cleaning operations.
