Job summary

NetJets Aviation, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Technical Programs in Columbus, OH to lead the Technical Programs team and ensure accuracy of the maintenance tracking system and the development of inspection programs and the General Maintenance Manual in compliance with FAA, NetJets, and OEM programs.

The role emphasizes driving operational efficiency, coordinating with OEMs and FAA, reviewing program revisions, and maintaining up-to-date manuals and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Aviation or Engineering required.
• 10+ years of experience in technical programs or maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage all requests for Technical Programs and ensure maintenance tracking accuracy.
• Define best practices for configuration of aircraft within the maintenance system.
• Enter new fleet types and tail numbers into the tracking system.
• Evaluate revisions from OEMs and vendors to NJA inspection programs.
• Review changes to inspection programs using CASS data and reliability reports.
• Manage General Maintenance Manual revisions for regulatory compliance.
• Develop operating processes and measure effectiveness for inspection programs.
• Coordinate with NJA and the FAA to achieve satisfactory results.
• Coordinate with IT and OEMs to ensure document accessibility.
• Ensure Comply365 documents are up to date and accessible.
