Job summary

NetJets in Columbus, OH seeks a Base Maintenance Planner to optimize scheduled aircraft maintenance, minimize downtime, and control costs. You will coordinate with Flight Operations, Base Station Managers, Suppliers, and MCC to align maintenance with peak flight periods and regulatory requirements.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in maintenance planning, an Associate's in Aviation, and proficiency with MS Excel, MS Outlook, and NetJets tracking systems.

Qualifications

• A working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Outlook, Business Objects, Maintenance Manuals and NetJets systems.
• FAA or aviation operations knowledge is a plus.
• 2–4 years of maintenance planning experience in aviation.

Responsibilities

• Create and publish a long-term base maintenance plan (0–12 months).
• Plan short- and long-term maintenance and component changes with Line Planning.
• Develop work packages for maintenance bases with required resources.
• Coordinate with Base Stations and third-party providers for scheduled work.
• Review maintenance programs to identify planning improvements and fleet campaigns.
• Monitor interval usage and resolve scheduling conflicts with Master Schedulers.
• Support additional projects that affect financial and operational metrics.
