Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Senior Manager, AIOps & Agentic Operations Advisory to help large enterprises shift from reactive, human-run IT operations to intelligent, automation-first delivery. The role requires hands-on enterprise operations experience and the ability to translate operations insight into a compelling CIO-focused business case and delivery plans.

The position involves leading client workshops, shaping multi-agent orchestration, and defining governance to enable scaled automation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years progressive experience in IT operations, infrastructure engineering, or technology consulting — with meaningful run experience
• 8+ years in a leadership role with accountability for operational performance, service delivery, or infrastructure reliability
• 3+ years experience designing and delivering AIOps, automation, or intelligent operations programs with measurable outcomes
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years)

Responsibilities

• Design AIOps and agentic operations architectures grounded in real enterprise run experience.
• Frame the vision for CIO audiences and articulate the path to an automation-first target state.
• Build delivery plans with phased roadmaps, workstreams, tooling selections, and governance transitions.
• Assess and sequence automation opportunities to prioritize high-impact improvements.
• Lead operating model transitions, redesigning roles, processes, and governance.
• Support business development with client workshops and credible operations-focused proposals.
• Provide thought leadership on intelligent operations, multi-agent orchestration, and governance frameworks.
