Job summary

You will frame strategic visions, build phased roadmaps, and guide governance for autonomous operations while maintaining human oversight and risk controls in complex environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT operations, infrastructure engineering, or tech consulting with hands-on run experience.
• 8+ years in a leadership role accountable for service delivery or reliability.
• 3+ years designing and delivering AIOps or intelligent operations programs with measurable outcomes.
• Bachelor-level work experience or equivalent educational background.

Responsibilities

• Design AIOps and agentic architectures grounded in enterprise run experience.
• Frame CIO-level business cases and articulate the automation path to target state.
• Build phased roadmaps, tooling selections, and operating model transitions.
• Assess automation opportunities and prioritize based on production risk and ROI.
• Lead operating model transitions, redefine roles and governance for automation.
• Support business development through client workshops and proposals.
• Provide thought leadership on multi-agent orchestration and governance.
