Job summary

Accenture seeks an experienced Senior Manager, AIOps & Agentic Operations Advisory to help large enterprises move from reactive, human-run operations to intelligent, automation-first delivery.

This role requires hands-on enterprise operations leadership, a grounded perspective on what breaks at 2am, and the ability to translate that experience into a compelling CIO-level vision and cross-functional delivery plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years in IT operations, infrastructure engineering, or technology consulting with hands-on enterprise ops experience.
• Minimum 8+ years in a leadership role accountable for performance, delivery, or reliability.
• Minimum 3+ years designing and delivering AIOps or intelligent operations programs with measurable outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; higher education preferred per job level.

Responsibilities

• Design AIOps and agentic architectures grounded in real run experience.
• Frame CIO audiences with a clear business case and automation-first target state.
• Build delivery plans with roadmaps, workstreams, tooling, and transitions.
• Assess automation opportunities and prioritise initiatives with production validity.
• Lead operating model transition with role/process/governance changes.
• Support business development via client workshops and proposals.
• Provide thought leadership on agentic AI readiness and governance frameworks.
