Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Senior Manager for AIOps & Agentic Operations Advisory to guide large enterprises from reactive IT operations to intelligent, automation-first delivery. The role targets practitioners with hands-on run experience at scale and translates that into compelling CIO narratives and actionable delivery plans.

Travel may be required (25%-100%). Qualifications include 8+ years in IT operations and leadership, 3+ years in AIOps programs, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in IT operations, infrastructure engineering, or technology consulting with hands-on enterprise operations experience.
• 8+ years in a leadership role with accountability for operational performance or reliability in a complex environment.
• 3+ years designing and delivering AIOps, automation, or intelligent operations programs with measurable outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years); Associate's requires minimum 6 years.

Responsibilities

• Design AIOps and agentic operations architectures grounded in real enterprise run experience.
• Frame the vision for CIO audiences and articulate the path to automation-first target state.
• Build delivery plans with phased roadmaps and operating model transitions for teams to execute.
• Assess and sequence automation opportunities, prioritizing impactful wins and reducing risk.
