Thomson Reuters seeks a Lead Product AI Solutions Specialist to drive the development and implementation of AI-powered legal research tools. You will lead applying legal expertise to content and evaluation of generative AI product functionality, shaping data sets, prompts, and testing strategies.
In this hybrid role, you will mentor others, draft training materials, and engage with customers to influence product development, while advancing AI accuracy and usefulness across our legal tech
Qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school.
- Bar admission in at least one jurisdiction (may be required for some roles).
- 2–5 years experience in law firm or in-house setting preferred.
Responsabilités
- Apply legal subject matter expertise to drive AI research and product development.
- Collaborate with product and technology to define and develop AI systems.
- Lead creation and maintenance of gold data sets and automated testing processes.
- Create, evaluate and maintain advanced customer-facing content for AI systems.
- Input into advanced customer use case development and legal process analysis.
- Contribute to prompt development and fine-tuning; provide feedback on AI output quality.
