Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to lead Lumina, CVS Health’s enterprise knowledge and agentic AI platform. You will own the technical direction, architecture, scalability, and governance while mentoring engineers and data scientists.

You will work across Python services, agent orchestration, MCP integrations, and React-based experiences, driving secure, observable, and scalable AI capabilities across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience developing and supporting production applications.
• 4+ years building cloud-native solutions on Azure with Kubernetes and CI/CD.
• 3+ years building full-stack applications using JavaScript, React, APIs, and enterprise identity solutions.
• 2+ years delivering production AI/ML solutions with LLMs, RAG, vector databases.
• 1+ year working with LangGraph-based multi-agent orchestration and MCP integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, development, and operation of Lumina’s enterprise Agentic AI Platform across Python services, APIs, and React-based apps.
• Drive platform scalability, reliability, observability, and performance via Azure Kubernetes Service, CI/CD, OpenTelemetry, and security controls.
• Oversee knowledge ingestion, retrieval, change data capture pipelines, vectorization, and retrieval optimization.
• Establish and enforce engineering standards for development, testing, production readiness, governance, and access controls.
• Mentor engineers and data scientists, manage performance, and collaborate with product, security, and compliance teams.
