Job summary

You will lead AI-assisted engineering practices, build backend services in Python/Java, design data pipelines, and mentor engineers to uphold standards, security, and reliability while advancing automation and observability.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering with 5+ years of applied experience.
• Experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Advanced in one or more programming languages.
• Experience leading AI-assisted software development tools and validating AI outputs for correctness, performance, and security.
• Strong understanding of responsible AI usage in engineering workflows and security expectations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and troubleshoot software solutions with scalable, secure designs.
• Drive adoption of enterprise AI-assisted engineering practices and tooling.
• Own production-grade backend services in Python/Java and data pipelines.
• Lead end-to-end AI/ML optimization strategies with cross-functional teams.
• Mentor engineers to uphold high standards and governance.
