Job summary

You will own infrastructure optimization, develop Python/Java backends, and design GenAI solutions with modern data pipelines and observability. Strong leadership and deep systems expertise are required.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute creative software solutions and troubleshoot complex problems.
• Lead AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality, delivery speed, and operations.
• Own infra capacity optimization and build predictive models for capacity risk and performance bottlenecks.
• Design, develop and productionize GenAI/agentic AI solutions for automation and workflows.
• Engineer backend services in Python/Java and manage cloud-native data ingestion/processing pipelines.
• Develop prompt engineering assets, routing strategies, and guardrails with automated and human-in-the-loop evaluation.
• Identify opportunities to automate recurring issues to improve stability of applications.
• Apply MLOps practices across experimentation, CI/CD, deployment, monitoring, and governance.
