Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
• Advanced proficiency in Java or Python for software system development with strong design and testing skills.
• Experience integrating AI/ML techniques into software systems including familiarity with LLMs and Generative AI.
• Hands-on experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.

Responsibilities

• Develops secure, high-quality production code and reviews code written by others.
• Leads a local team of software engineers and AI/ML practitioners, aligning with global organization goals.

• Applies SDLC tooling and AI-assisted development to enhance automation and reliability.
• Designs experiments, implements algorithms, and productionizes AI/ML solutions.
• Promotes secure coding, peer review, and automated testing across teams.
