You will lead engineers and ML practitioners, shaping secure, scalable systems using Java or Python and integrating AI/ML techniques such as LLMs and Generative AI.

Collaborate across lines of business to deliver trusted market-leading technology products in a secure, scalable way, applying governance and best practices to engineering workflows.

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
• Advanced proficiency in Java or Python for software system development with strong design and testing skills.
• Experience integrating AI/ML techniques into software systems including familiarity with LLMs and Generative AI.
