Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Lead AI Software Architect to design memory architectures and data fabrics for complex enterprise use cases. You will lead a team of AI Architects focused on multi-agent memory systems and semantic chunking with RAG capabilities.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in software engineering/AI, deep knowledge of memory/context architectures, and experience with AI frontier models. EY offers hybrid work and a comprehensive rewards package.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with AI frontier models and memory/context architectures.
• Familiarity with AI native development tools and code assist.
• Proficiency in Python, Bash and systems languages (Go, Rust, Java).
• Understanding of model fine-tuning and context management (RAG, SFT, LoRA/PEFT).
• Experience with CI/CD, GitHub/GitLab/Azure DevOps, Nvidia NVAIE, Azure AI stacks.

Responsibilities

• Design memory architectures for multi-agent systems across AI-native platforms.
• Develop context systems with semantic chunking, RAG, and search.
• Implement and benchmark architectures against agent and human evals.
• Create repeatable integration frameworks for memory architectures.
• Drive AI-native design requirements and implement accordingly.
• Research new memory architectures and frontier model proposals.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data, and Infra teams for practical outcomes.
• Support business development and present at academic conferences.
• Mentor Knowledge/Data team members and lead experts.
• Lead in building Knowledge and data systems for Knowledge AI.
