Pfizer Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, AI Experience Designer to craft AI-powered experiences across Pfizer’s platforms.

You will translate ambiguous business needs into strategy, prototypes, and production-ready designs in collaboration with Product, Engineering, Data, and AI partners. This role blends design craft with technical fluency, using Large Language Model APIs to prototype real system behavior rather than static interfaces.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with at least 6 years of progressive UX design experience, or higher degrees with matching experience.
Strong understanding of modern product development, front-end principles, APIs, and technical constraints.
Hands-on experience building with LLM APIs or agent frameworks to prototype real agent behavior.
Experience creating and delivering reusable interaction patterns across multiple products and teams.
Demonstrated experience designing Conversational UX (chat/voice), including dialog flows and fallbacks.
Experience designing Agentic AI workflows with human-in-the-loop controls and transparency.
Extensive experience with AI design tools for rapid prototyping.
Advanced-level knowledge of accessibility and WCAG2.1AA compliance.
Proven ability delivering complex projects under tight deadlines with high quality.
Strong communication skills for presenting to product/engineering leadership.
Robust portfolio showing end-to-end AI experiences at scale.
Diversity in leadership experiences and collaboration abilities.

Responsabilités

End-to-End Experience Design: own design across complex AI-enabled products from framing to implementation.
Agentic and Conversational Design across chat, voice, and multimodal interactions.
Applied AI Prototyping using LLM APIs and agent frameworks to test behavior and identify risks.
Partner with Product and Engineering to ensure design intent is reflected in delivery.
Quality and Craft: ensure usable, accessible, and trustworthy experiences across platforms.
Rapid Validation: turn ideas into testable concepts and proofs of concept quickly.
Scalable Practices: contribute reusable patterns and frameworks across products.
Measure outcomes with qualitative and quantitative evidence of adoption and usability.
