Job summary

QAD, Inc. is seeking a Lead AI Engagement Specialist to own end-to-end AI workflows within one or more business functions.

You will identify where AI changes how work is done, redesign the work, write the PRD, drive build with the architect and engineers, land adoption, and then manage live agent performance as a product you are accountable for. You will report to the Head of the AI Centre of Excellence and collaborate with AI Engagement specialists, the Lead AI Architect, Senior AI Engineer,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management, business or digital transformation experience.
• Ability to own PRDs and specifications that engineers can build from.
• Strong data literacy and ability to define and track metrics.
• Change management and adoption experience with end users.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI workflow pipeline and PRDs for your function.
• Write the PRD, define the roadmap, and resolve ambiguity with engineers.
• Own adoption, performance monitoring, and value realization post go-live.
