Job summary

QAD | Redzone is redefining manufacturing with Champion AI. We seek an AI Sales Solutions Engineer to design agentic solutions from customer conversations, using a pre-built foundation of data, semantics, and persona agents.

You will configure workflows with no-code tools and articulate business outcomes in executive discussions. You will engage with Account Executives to advance qualified opportunities, map KPIs, and present measurable value across OTIF, working capital, and cycle time.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience selling Tech/AI/SaaS solutions.
Deep enterprise process knowledge across P2P, S2C, O2C, P2M, F2P, R2R.
Familiarity with low-code / NL tools (n8n, Zapier, Make).

Responsibilities

Run discovery workshops with champions to map processes and KPIs.
Design agentic solutions and decide greenfield vs plug-in approaches.
Map KPIs to ensure data and context exist in the platform.
Configure agents via natural language and drag‑and‑drop, no code.
Present solutions anchored to business outcomes (OTIF, working capital, cycle time, cost reduction).
Leverage quota-bearing experience to move deals forward with cross‑functional teams.
Demonstrate enterprise domain fluency across core processes and drive customer value.
Apply low-code / NL thinking to the agent platform and workflows.
Maintain customer-facing credibility through workshops and exec presentations.
