Job summary

QAD | Redzone is seeking an AI Sales Solutions Engineer to shape agentic AI solutions for manufacturing. You’ll join a small team that designs solutions atop a pre-built data/semantics/agent platform foundation and tailor them in NL without coding.

You’ll run process discovery, map end-to-end workflows, configure agents, and present outcomes like OTIF and cash flow improvements to customers. A background in Tech/AI/SaaS sales and familiarity with low-code tools is essential.

Qualifications

• You are a quota carrier with 3+ years selling Tech/AI/SaaS solutions.
• Enterprise domain fluency across key processes (P2P, S2C, O2C, P2M, F2P, R2R).
• Solution-design thinking to decompose outcomes into agents and data flows.
• Low-code / NL comfort with tools like n8n, Zapier or Make.
• Customer-facing credibility: workshop facilitation and executive presentations.

Responsibilities

• Walk into customer conversations and assemble agentic solutions without engineering involvement.
• Configure on a pre-built foundation via natural language and drag-and-drop, not code.
• Present solutions anchored in business outcomes like OTIF and working capital improvements.
