Job summary

Branch is remote-first with a Columbus, OH HQ. As Talent Acquisition Lead, you will own how Branch hires end-to-end, partnering with executives across Claims, Underwriting, Actuarial, Product, Engineering, and Finance.

You will shape hiring processes, onboarding, and compensation with the People Ops team using Claude AI to automate and scale workflows. You will also manage candidate experience, design interview rubrics, calibration panels, and reporting, while building repeatable processes and

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting, most in-house.
• Experience as the primary recruiter supporting a company or business unit.
• Ownership of a modern ATS as an administrator and builder.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle hiring across Branch: intake, sourcing, screening, interview design, panel management, offer and close.
• Run structured intakes with hiring managers and turn each into a target profile and rubric.
• Source directly for hard-to-fill searches and build named target lists.
