Job summary

Brex is seeking an experienced engineering leader in Seattle to guide the onboarding, activation, and retention systems that power customer journeys. This role sits in a hybrid Seattle office with remote flexibility and a collaborative, high-autonomy culture.

You will lead multiple engineering teams, partner with Product, Design, Operations, and GTM, and push for AI-enhanced product experiences across end-to-end onboarding initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading multiple technical teams in a high-growth environment.
• Experience delivering end-to-end product experiences with customer impact.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to measure funnel performance and activation metrics.

Responsibilities

• Take an active role in driving business and product strategies for onboarding and implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to define priorities and deliver activation experiences.
• Leverage AI to automate onboarding, implementation, and retention workflows.
• Drive execution of the Acquisition group roadmap with timely delivery of systems and features.
• Lead and mentor multiple engineering teams with strong technical direction.
• Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes, architecture, and product quality.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, accountability, and customer obsession.
