Qualifications

• 4+ years in product ownership defining technical requirements.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents on LLM platforms (Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT).
• Proven enterprise-scale workflow optimization experience.
• Strong ability to write clear, testable acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Lead backlog across Rocket Marketing Technology portfolio with clear acceptance criteria.
• Design, build, and deploy AI-enabled workflows to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering, stakeholders, and leaders to define requirements.
• Mentor other Product Owners on AI adoption and workflow optimization.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure continuous delivery of business value.
