Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience analyzing, designing, and changing business processes with measurable impact.
• 4+ years of product ownership or similar roles defining and prioritizing technical requirements.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents using modern LLM platforms.
• Expertise writing quality work items with testable acceptance criteria and clear value propositions.
• Strong background in backlog management, prioritization frameworks, and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead product ownership for a portfolio of business areas across Rocket, including marketing initiatives and enterprise capabilities.
• Own, prioritize, and maintain a healthy backlog in Azure DevOps with clear acceptance criteria.
• Design, build, and deploy AI agents using modern LLM platforms to enhance workflows.
• Drive transformation of internal workflows to eliminate friction and improve clarity.
• Partner with engineering and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and refine backlogs to ensure continuous delivery of business value.
