Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years analyzing, designing, and improving business processes with measurable impact.
• 4+ years in product ownership or similar roles defining and prioritizing technical requirements.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents using LLM platforms for workflow improvement.
• Proven ability to deliver results and manage complex stakeholder ecosystems at scale.
• Strong backlog management, prioritization frameworks and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with data-driven prioritization and measuring outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead product ownership for a portfolio of marketing and enterprise-wide capabilities.
• Own, prioritize, and maintain a healthy backlog in Azure DevOps with clear acceptance criteria.
• Design, build, and deploy AI agents to enhance workflow efficiency and collaboration.
• Drive transformation of internal workflows and intake processes to reduce friction.
• Collaborate with engineering, stakeholders, and leaders to define requirements and deliver solutions.
• Mentor other Product Owners on AI adoption and workflow optimization.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure continuous delivery of business value.
