CodeRoad is seeking an AI Product Owner to anchor discovery, strategy, and execution of AI-powered solutions for enterprise clients. You will lead a cross-functional POD including AI research, data engineering, frontend, and DevOps to translate complex business needs into robust, production-ready LLM applications.

The role spans AI orchestration, data access, and governance in compliance-sensitive environments, defining feature scope, evaluation benchmarks, and system performance standards.

Competenze

• 4+ years hands-on experience as a Product Owner/PM delivering software with LLM-powered apps.
• Deep understanding of LLM evaluation methodologies, prompts, guardrails, and telemetry metrics.
• Strong technical depth evaluating model selection, data access, vector search, and security with AI engineers.
• Experience using Agile tools like Jira and Confluence to document stories, decisions, and API requirements.
• Proven client-facing consulting or senior stakeholder management with executive delivery skills.
• Advanced English (C1+) for collaboration with North American clients.

Mansioni

• Own AI Product Backlog & Strategy: identify and prioritize AI use cases with clear acceptance criteria.
• Establish AI quality & evaluation frameworks; curate datasets and review outputs.
• Orchestrate delivery across cross-functional pods; plan sprints, grooming, and releases.
• Drive stakeholder and compliance alignment; run workshops and secure data governance sign-offs.
• Manage project operations and risk; track cloud/LLM costs and mitigation plans.
