Job summary

Papa John's is seeking a Manager of Learning Innovation to modernize workforce training using simulations, AI-powered coaching, and adaptive content across restaurant teams and operations.

In this role you will design immersive learning experiences, integrate LMS and analytics, and collaborate with Operations, HR, Technology, and AI Governance to drive measurable improvements in skills and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in learning, talent development, training technology, or workforce development.
• Experience implementing digital learning technologies.

Responsibilities

• Assist design of immersive simulations and scenario-based learning for frontline operations.
• Identify and implement learning technologies (LMS, digital platforms, AI tools).
• Develop AI-enabled learning experiences and dashboards to measure impact.
• Partner with Operations, HR, Technology, and AI Governance stakeholders.
• Monitor learning effectiveness and business outcomes.
