Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design immersive simulations and scenario-based learning for frontline ops.
• Identify and optimize learning technologies including LMS and analytics solutions.
• Oversee content development across operational, leadership, and professional programs.
• Evaluate pilots for emerging learning technologies and AI solutions.
• Collaborate with Operations, HR, and Technology to identify capability gaps.
