The team collaborates with PMs, UX designers, engineers, data scientists, and applied scientists to translate customer needs into scalable, reliable products across 60+ countries.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
• 6+ years of team management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with end to end product delivery.
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product strategy and multi-year roadmap for the HR platforms portfolio.
• Lead the platform convergence program, sequencing the unification of legacy HR systems into a single modern platform.
• Shape how AI is applied across the portfolio, identifying where it creates the most value for HR professionals and employees.
